Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, Westlake Village

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and elegant, perfect for kids. They are really well-equipped with games and activities to keep everyone entertained. The service was exceptional with the staff always smiling and extremely attentive. The location was ideal for a quiet retreat, and I left feeling relaxed and dreaming of my return. The dining experience was a bit disappointing as it took quite a while to cook, but the homemade local products were a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was delightful, with spacious and elegant rooms, excellent service, and a wonderful location for a long weekend getaway. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and the price could be considered high for the value received.

The location, although a bit odd, offered beautiful surroundings and outstanding service. The dining was enjoyable, despite the odd promotion of certain brunch events. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and made my stay even better.

The service was hit or miss, not meeting my expectations for this brand. The location, while off the 101 highway and close to amenities, was not ideal for accessing Malibu beaches. Dining was disappointing, with overpriced and slow service. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had lovely facilities and a relaxing atmosphere.
